What to expect:
We will start with a free 30 minute pre-consultation where we will review the Client Intake form that you will fill out before we meet. This will allow us to discuss your previous and current health issues, what type of exercise you have done before, and what it is you want to gain from working with me. We will break down our goals into Body, Mind, and Soul areas and begin to work forward. There is a link to the Client Intake form at the bottom of the page. Please fill this out ahead of our first meeting and email the completed form to: hesedyoga@yahoo.com This form covers everything I offer for Hesed Yoga.
Body This is a "healthier you" program, not a "quick-fix" weight loss program. You will be taught how to eat real food, and to make good choices at home and in restaurants. You will learn that cooking can be fun and not take all day to prepare. We will work together to find the right type(s) of exercise for you and your body. These will change and adapt over time as you make gains.
Mind During our time you will learn techniques to help you destress about life and learn that it is ok to take care of yourself. This could include mindfulness, meditation, massage, or a host of other things. If your mind is disordered, every other effort suffers.
Soul You will bring your own faith to our time together and I will help you learn different ways to pray and take care of your soul. This could be by learning a new spiritual discipline, making a set of prayer beads, or walking the labyrinth. We will also pray together to begin our time, asking for the guidance of the Holy Spirit. If Christianity is not your faith tradition, I would still love to work with you. I am open to learning about your faith and working together on applying it to our coaching sessions. Our sessions are tailored to your needs and may include:

Cost: Free 30 minute pre-consultation meeting. You will fill out the Client Intake form ahead of the meeting for us to discuss(link below). $60 per hour for 1-on-1 session (discount available for purchasing multiples) $30 per half hour 1-on-1 session
BodyMindSoul Coaching can be done in person, by conference call or by Zoom video conferencing.
