"There's a peace I've come to know Though my heart and flesh may fail There's an anchor for my soul I can say, "it is well" Jesus has overcome And the grave is overwhelmed Victory is won He is risen from the dead I will rise when He calls my name No more sorrow, no more pain I will rise on eagles wings Before my God, fall on my knees And rise I will rise" If we can find that peace and that anchor in all aspects of our lives, wouldn't the world be even more incredible than it is? In the midst of life: a Wife, a 15 year old, business owner, church goer, stuff doer, I need to always return my focus to that anchor. And for me it is Jesus, the living Son of God. Once I refocus, other things can, and do for the most part, fall into place and peace can be found. I am in the process of this refocusing. March 1st, 2019 was the last day the studio was open. It was not easy to say goodbye, but with prayer and discernment I was able to do so. I am now refocusing what Hesed Yoga will be, and there are lots of things on the way. Good things, and I hope you can be a part of them. Are you searching? Are you looking for your anchor? Take time right now: Sit. Breathe. Focus. 30 seconds is a good start. If you haven't got 30 seconds then lets do what the old saying tells us: "Pray for an hour a day. If your too busy to pray one hour, pray two." There is truth in that. Believe it my friends. The more time you take to find your anchor the calmer the waters become. Or maybe the more steady you become in rough waters...….. It will show in your life once you find your anchor. Take the time. Find the peace and then live it in your life. Take a listen to the song "I Will Rise" by Chris Tomlin. It's available on most listening apps. It Is Well, Tim +
